Cheeze-It ~ Perhaps you activated the Zoom feature by double-tapping your screen with three fingers. If it happens again, try cancelling it by double-tapping your screen with three fingers yet again.
To avoid accidently activating the Zoom feature in the future: Settings > General > Accessibility > set Zoom to Off.
