Macbook Pro 13 Retina freezes/stutters time to time after High Sierra Update

Macbook Pro 13 Retina freezes/stutters time to time after High Sierra Update.

I see that whenever macbook freezes in the Activity Monitor there is a process named "displaypolicyd", it uses ~100% CPU. I checked in /var/log/system.log there are no errors.

Let me know if any other information required, also provide steps to get the informations.
