Why isn’t activity and Runtastic synchronized?

Why isn’t activity and Runtastic synchronized?

When biking and using Runtastic the result is not synchronized with the activity app. In Runtastic the distance is 9,53km and I get a heart rate curve.

In the activity app the distance is 9,43km and there’s no access to heart rate.

Does anyone know why?
