Apple maps app notification - time based restrictions will be applied soon. What does that mean?

Hi. Apparently it relates to restrictions like "No left turn 6 AM to 10 AM" that could affect route calculations by Maps. It's alerting you that these are about to go into effect at your location. Is the alert misbehaving?

Thanks for the clarification. Now it makes sense. It was referring to reversible toll lanes on my route.
