Add Link options greyed out
I‘m trying to add a link to a cell, Format - Add Link > Webpage and Email are greyed out.

You need to select some or all of the text in the cell before these options become available (i.e., you can't just click the cell without then selecting the text in it.) Here I've selected the two words "special link":

Select all text on a given page. Go to Format->Advanced, and uncheck "Define as Placeholder Text". This will make that blue outline disappear and you can then add all the hyperlinks you want.
Hi, thanks for your reply. When I select the text and go to Format > Advanced, the only thing I can select is Create Table Style, the other options are greyed out.
Can I add a link to a word in a pop-up list?
