Downgrade from High Sierra to Snow Leopard

Hi everybody.

I have this question: I've installed High Sierra on my mid-2101 iMac . Now, for some reasons, I need to downgrade to Snow Leopard, that's my Imac original O.S.: I have Snow Leopard installation cd, but I wish know the correct procedur to do this.

You may need backup your current disk (backup is VERY IMPORTANT), then boot the installation DVD, reformat the disk, install Snow Leopard, then use Migration Assistant to move your files back from the backup you made.


If you are smart, you will make 2 backups using 2 different backup utilities, to 2 different backup devices so that there is very little chance you will loose any data.
