I have this question: I've installed High Sierra on my mid-2101 iMac . Now, for some reasons, I need to downgrade to Snow Leopard, that's my Imac original O.S.: I have Snow Leopard installation cd, but I wish know the correct procedur to do this.

Your original post has the year mistyped and I guessed 2011.
If your machine is a 2010 then you can use that DVD to reinstall OS X.
Insert the DVD, restart the machine while holding down the option key and follow the instructions.
You may need backup your current disk (backup is VERY IMPORTANT), then boot the installation DVD, reformat the disk, install Snow Leopard, then use Migration Assistant to move your files back from the backup you made.
If you are smart, you will make 2 backups using 2 different backup utilities, to 2 different backup devices so that there is very little chance you will loose any data.

An extra information: I bought my Imac used and it has OS 10.6.4 like original O.S. installation cd.
That machine shipped with 10.6.6 installed so I'm not sure what's on the DVD you have.
You would be better served by fixing your 10.13 issues.

You can't install 10.6.4 on that machine because it's older than the original shipping OS.
