I would like to know where can I get (an older version of) iMovie for OSX 10.9.5.
I understand that it's not gonna be supported but I would like to get that specific version for that specific OS.

You could buy the older iLife '11 DVD from a reseller. It included iMovie version 9.
The only version Apple still releases requires 10.12.2, or above.

Thanks for the reply. I did download that version before posting this question. Unfortunately, it requires you to have iMovie already installed (it's an update).
So I'm downloading very old versions of iMovie now and see which one actually installs, so I can start upgrading until version 10.0.

Surprisingly you can get the old version over here Download iMovie 9.0.9 (may be a update file), but don't except it to work perfect it from 2013
What I can say is you can download How to download macOS High Sierra - Apple Support, but attempt How to use Time Machine to back up or restore your Mac - Apple Support or have your own backup. This well allow you to download iMovie 10.
