Magic Mouse 2 not scrolling

Hi! I recently bought a Magic Mouse 2 to use with my MacBooc Air. I found that there is supposed to be an option to activate/deactivate scrolling (picture 1). Unfortunately when I access system preferences<accessibility<mouse/trackpad<mouse options (picture II) I don't get any option to activate/deactivate mouse scrolling. Could someone help me out? Thanks!
