iPhone 6 audio speed too fast

Over the last month, I have had an update that has increased the speed of all my podcasts and audio files that I use on my iPhone 6S. Last update was yesterday 10 Nov 2017.

How do I reduce the speed those audio files are running at. I have rebooted. I have tried several different podcasts that I have received yesterday and today, and they all end up sounding like squirrels talking at high speed.

Does anyone else have this issue ?
