my computer wont stop restarting. help?

it used to happen occasionally, by now it’s caught in a cycle where it boots for about 30 seconds and then reboots over and over again. i’ve been able to open the console and search for a kernel panic, but not clear what else i can look for to diagnose it. does this attached screenshot help at all? i’ve tried shocking the PRAM if that’s still a thing but it hasn’t made a difference.

Open the door with the power still on (there is no interlock). [However, if you are in the EU, do not stick your fingers in the spinning fan blades. This model was withdrawn from sale in the EU late in its life because it did not have enough covers over its fan blades to satisfy the EU.]

Look at the LEDs next to the memory DIMMs on each side. Any still llt? if so, each one is lit next to a failed DIMM.
