Question: iPhone X not Enrolled in iPhone Upgrade Program

I just upgraded to an iPhone X from an iPhone 7 Plus through the iPhone Upgrade Program. I got my iPhone X on launch day and I sent my iPhone 7 plus back using the trade in kit and apple says they received my iPhone 7 plus and the old loan is now closed. The problem is that when I check to make sure that my iPhone X is enrolled, it says that it isn't. Anyone else having this problem?

Congratulations on getting the new iPhone X! If I'm understanding your post right, it isn't showing that your new iPhone is enrolled in the iPhone Upgrade Program even though it should be. I can certainly understand your concern, and I'm happy to get you pointed in the right direction. Your best next step would be to reach out to Apple Support.
