Apple Pay issues after restore backup

I bought a new 8+ and after the setup my debit card won’t be recognized by the phone after I type in the security code it always tells me it’s “could not add card”

ok problem solved just had to add the card as a new card don't go with the card that is stored on your phone for some reason it won't accept the security code only when you add the card completely new
