Hi Stuart,

I'm way behind everybody else, I have the same problem with an iPhone 5C. I'm missing calls as the phone does not ring on incoming calls. The silent switch is on ring, Do Not disturb is on at 22:30 and off at 07:30, I have set the ringtone to Radiate (loud enough to wake me), volume at max, signal strength 3 out of 5. Can you think of anything I've missed?

regards,

Simon

There are a couple of possibilities that occur to me, Simon. The first is that the Assistive Touch mute is on. Go to settings > general > accessibility. Locate Assistive Touch and switch it on. This will cause the Assistive Touch icon to appear on the home screen (white circle on a black background). Turn it on and choose mute and unmute. If that resolved the ringer problem, go back and turn Assistive Touch off. (If it was on from the beginning, turn it off and test the ringer.)

The other possibility is that the Do Not Disturb is set to block calls. Go to settings > do not disturb and locate the 'Allow calls from' option. If it is set to anything except everyone, that may be the cause.

Final possibility: the do not disturb is set to 22:30 to 07:30 - any chance the phone is set to the wrong time zone? Settings > general > date & time > time zone.
