Question: I have my iPad to the screen that has the iTunes logo and the pictures of the charger cable, but it won't go to the screen that I can pick the restore or update option.
so, I have gone to the support page and followed the directions on the page. it has been more than 10 minutes and the screen is still there and my computer has said nothing. How long do I wait? Is there another step? what comes next?
