Logitech slim combo works unreliable on IPAD Pro 10.5

IPad Pro 10.5+Slim Combo+ios 11.0.3.

The slim combo keyboard works on and off on my iPad. When the problem happens, the keyboard cannot type anything but the backlight works. I think ipad recognizes the connection because the ipad’s own keyboard on the screen will slide down by itself when the slim combo connected to the iPad.

It’s very annoying. I want to return the keyboard but I bought it in US and now I‘m staying in the Europe. I don’t know what I can do.
