How do I reset my whole iPad.

I haven't used my mini iPad for about a year. I can't remember my password and when I go to answer the questions, it tells me that it's not my birthday. So I try to get an email and it never comes... Ever. I don't know much about iPad.... I just want to start over and if I was a punching kind of person.... This iPad would be destroyed....

The iPad is on the activation lock screen ? If you can't reset your account's security questions ( If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions)contact Support in the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on your account) and see if they can reset them for you : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security
