Iphone 8 issues

Constant glitches, bugs and lags on the phone despite running the latest iOS 11.1.1. I was earlier facing the problem and it still hasn't been resolved in this update, where my camera refracted a brighter background image on a nearby wall. Not sure if software or hardware but see the picture for a clear image. There is nothing on the wall in reality but it just appears on the camera.
