Question: Help can't update to iOS 10.3.3

I have an iPad Air 2 and when I check for update it says I can update to iOS 10.3.3 but when I down load the update it won't install it says cannot verify update no internet connection which is wrong. I've tried this on multiple wifi hotspots including my personal wifi and deleting and redownloading the update on each and its the same thing. I've also tried to update with iTunes on my computer but when I open iTunes and select my devise and click check for update it says I'm up to date with iOS 10.3.3 and when I look under about on my iPad it also says I have 10.3.3 so how is there an update to a softwear I already have. Some one help please I just want to update so I can get iOS 11.

Hi Boblett. You need to delete any update that was downloaded to your device.

Also, make sure you have no beta Profile, Settings > General > Profile, near the end of General.

Then, Software Update should offer iOS 11.1.1.

The iPad Air2 can run iOS 11.1.1 which is the latest version of the iOS. Apple no longer signs iOS 10.3.3 so there is no way it will be verified. I'm surprised your could even download iOS 10 from Apple. If you're getting that version of the iOS from somewhere else, that is another reason it will not be verified.
