recover my files

i have iphone6s without any backup last year, before 2 days its make restart and disable on white screen of apple logo for long time then again restart and same thing happen, i connected to itunes , then asked me to make update, after update all my files is gone, i need my files ( photos, videos, notes) , how can I recover it?
