Apple ID has been disabled

someone stole my account and then used my credit card few times ago ..but customer service is *****.. make my id disabled can’t purchase free app ..ahh..it’s a mad issue anyone plz help us how can i unlocked my apple ID

You appear to be saying your old Apple ID was corrupted. It is disabled, you said, and it sounds like you should plan to never use it again.

So why not simply create a new Apple ID, and get your free download there? You should expect to give up your former Apple ID and never use it again.
