Customer is king?

Hi. Thank you for your great devices.

However, I, as customer, should have the deciding say, when it comes to some choices about functionality. As such, I would like you to revert the change you have made which turns on wifi and bluetooth without my complete control. Whenever I turn wifi or bluetooth off or on, I wish that status to remain as it, until I, as the sole agent, choose to reverse my earlier choice. Can you kindly write an update to incorporate this? Thanks.
