iPhoneX no safari in ios11.1

Since IOS 11 I cannot open URL's from mail (default mail app). When I click it opens a wrong app (now Infuse), but I can copy the URL and paste it in my Chrome browser. After searching the net I decided to empty Safaricache and discovered that there is no safari on my (itunes backup restored) iphoneX. That might be the core of the problem, but how do I get it back?

Reinstall of Chrome app (my default browser) did not solve the problem. Deleting the app that opens default URL's from mail doesn't work either, then it opens another wrong app.
What can I do to solve this problem?
