How do I setup Local Server for Minecraft in order to play between iOS 11.1 and tvOS 11.1?

Is it even possible? I bought both Minecraft for Apple TV 4 and iPad Air 2 at App Store. Do I need to setup local server from my Mac? Is it necessary to buy Minecraft for macOS as well?

That I have:

iOS 11.1 - Minecraft installed

tvOS 11.1 - Minecraft installed

macOS 10.11.6 - don't want to buy more Minecraft app, I think I paid enough already
