wifi is in on status but still would not connect (orange dot in status)

It has been 21 day since I bought my new MacBook Air (MQD32HN/A) 2017. for the first 10 days or so wifi was just fine, But for last week, wifi is not connecting to routers although it can detect routers but can not connect to one.

Once in a 20 times, on reboot or on wake up it does connect but the problem is annoying.

I use an institution proxy.

MACBOOK AIR (13-INCH, 2017), iOS 11.0.3

Is this all routers that you try, or just some of them? The computer is under warranty, you could take it in for testing/service.

Its with more than 2-3 routers but also adding, all of them use institution proxy, moreover it connected well to a mobile hotspot (which was not using proxy.)
