I have made a mistake by purchasing a subscription in the loovo app

I want to get my money back , I’m after pressing the wrong botton and I purchase a subscription , the cost is 24,99€ for three months and I don’t want it. Thanks.

On the receipt will be an invitation to 'report a problem'. Report what you have written here and ask for a refund.
