albums divided differently

Hi,

I imported songs from old ipod to new ipod nano but turned out - let say - 1 album with 12 songs from old ipod turned out 12 album (with the same album's name) on new nano. And also I just downloaded 1 album from itunes to my macbook and copy it to my ipod nano, turned out 2 new album on my ipod nano.

Can somebody help me?
