Restore new ipad
Trying to restore new iPad, from iCloud, can see all my files, photos etc in my iCloud account, but just keep getting message no backup ava

This will only work if you had iCloud backup turned on before problems?
You can use a iPhone backup if it,s running the same ios
Go to settings on ipad down to reset Reset Restore ipad back to factory settings
Set back up over your wifi when it asks if you want to use iCloud backup Say yes
Check backups available.
