After Updating IOS 11

I got some problems after updating:

1. Photos has been restored loads of time for 20 times and automatic deleted my albums and moments (Still has photos)

2. My Iphone automatic restart so many times, after each restart, photos restore again
3.After delete Safari
running underground, Safari deletes all tabs and back to normal (all the times)

4. Now is very difficult to update apps, I failed many times caused it said "Can't download" (No way out of capacity because I still have 10GB left)

5. If I want to delete or restore some photos, it suddenly pull me out
