What is going on with ios 11

Ive been bought my iphone 7plus a year ago , my phone works weel until I updated it to ios 11 than its frozen i couldent backup it ive to reinstall a new software and loose my content after that my phone stopped working three times more every time it stoppes i imstall a new software, you made me feel bad abou buying iphone.
