Ipod Touch Music App Crashes When Scrolling

Hi all!

I've got an iPod touch (can't remember which generation it is) that I recently wiped and restored. Prior to my wiping it, I never had any issue with the music app, but now, when I'm scrolling through my artists, when I get into the D's, it freezes up and the app crashes. It doesn't matter if I'm scrolling from A down or Z up. The same thing happens. I've tried doing the hard restart (holding the home and power button), I've checked for updates, and I've deleted some music so as to clear up memory space. I haven't been able to find any solutions via google, and I really hope someone here has one. Having to wipe and restore my iPod is the last thing I really want to do.

I'm running 9.3.5 on my iPod. Thanks in advance for the help!
