Question: Trouble with apple id
I've just been provided with an ipad for work purposes. I've set up a new apple id linked to my work email as this ipad will only be used for work.
When I try and sign in to the app store or download any (free) apps i get a message stating 'this apple id has not been used in the app store' and asking me to review my details.
When i reveiw my details, provide password & security question I'm then prompted to create a new apple id as 'this email is already in use' or sign in with an existing apple id which is exactly what Im trying to do!
I'm able to log into apple via safari and have set my billing and account information there.
I'm at a loss. Should I just reset the device and use my personal apple details???
