Unlocking MacBook with Apple Watch

Hello,

I am unable to turn on the Auto Unlock on my MacBook – the Mac is running macOS High Sierra and the Apple Watch Series 3 watchOS 4.1.

I've checked all the instructions. I have a compatible MacBook, Auto Unlock is supported. But when I check "Allow your Apple Watch to unlock your Mac" it's only loading and doing nothing.
