Iphone 7 Plus apple logo stuck after IOS11.1.1

I have recently upgraded by Iphone 7 Plus (128GB) to the new software IOS 11.1.1

After the update, my phone started to hang, sometime the screen freezes, and sometime the screen will turn off while the phone is still running (Like when the battery is empty) but if you press the home button the screen will go on normally.

So I decided to restart my device, but when reaching to apple logo, it's kinda enter a loop and restart again.

I tried to connected it on itunes, and tried to Volume Down/Power button scenario, but with no luck.

Please advise on this problem.
