I️ don’t see my album.
I brought this album back in 2013-15, but I do not see this album in my library nor in the iTunes Store.
If it's not showing in the redownload area (and if you haven't hidden it from there : Hide and unhide iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store purchases - Apple Support) it's possible that the the rights-holder has removed it from the store, in which case you will have to copy it back from your backup of your downloads/computer.
