Can I use 2 x Thunderbolt and 1 x HDMI at same time for displays?

Please help!

I've seen multiple conversations about having 3 displays on a Mac Mini, however can't seem to find the answer to this question:

Can I use 2 x Thunderbolt ports and 1 x HDMI port at the same time for displays.

I have a 2017 Mac mini with 16GB Ram. I use 3 monitors - all are HP 27es.

Currently this is my configuration:

1 x HDMI

1 x Thunderbolt

1 x Air play - I use an older Apple TV for this.

Works great, however I lose Bluetooth capability and can use the internal speaker in the Mac mini.

I also understand that I can use a USB to HDMI adapter for my 3rd monitor, however this can use up RAM.

So - can I use both thunderbolts? When I plug the 3rd into thunderbolt it does not light up.
