Question: mac stuck in reboot loop since High Sierra update

After updating my Mac to High Sierra, it keeps on rebooting every 5 minutes. I wasn't able to fix this and therefore are booting from an external drive now where I had Yosemite still installed. How can get this problem fixed?

Logic Pro X, macOS Sierra (10.12.6)

Hey, Andreas!

Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities. From your post, I understand that your Mac has been repeatedly restarting after updating to macOS High Sierra. I'm happy to help!

Based on what you've described, I would recommend taking the steps in the steps in the following article: macOS Sierra: If your Mac restarts and a message appears .

Have a good day!
