iPhone SE keeps freezing!

Ever since I updated to IOS 11 my battery life went down and my phone keeps freezing. I can’t have more than 3 apps open because it’ll freeze my phone and restart itself. IOS 11 is so unstable, every 3 hours I’ll need to restart my phone. Is there a way to go back to IOS 10? And no I don’t have iOS 10 backed up on any PC.
