Can’t change my region

Hi there, so that’s my problem, I’m from Armenia, I was using my gfs card, she’s from US, so we broke up, and I need a new card, but I must change my region to start using Armenian visa card, but every time When I’m trying to change it I see a massage “cannot change this time”, help me please!!!!
