My Mac Pro has been in the service department for five weeks no explanation or offer of replacement getting fed up. Anyone else had service issues like this.

if you are in the US, state-by-state Lemon Laws (introduced for automobiles) limit how many tries to fix, and how long your product can be "in the shop" and unavailable to you, before a replacement is required under law.
