Files App

I store all my files on my cloud to share amongst my Mac, MacBook Pro and iPhone. I can see the files on my iPhone files app but can’t seem to open them. Once I click on the file it appears to start downloading but nothing progresses. I’ve tried it on wifi, cellular, hard re-boot and my iOS is up to date. Anything else I can try?

Go to Settings > Apple ID (top) > iCloud > slide iCloud Drive off/on and see if that works.
