unable to play iTunes extras from movies

After downloading iTunes movies, I'm unable to play iTunes extras from the movie. Please help!

Take a look at this post: Re: Difficulty with the Special Features section for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 iTunes Extras,

If you don't have a data.js file as described them it is possible that you have anti-virus software that is interfering with the delivery of the extras package.

There’s no error message. Only a black blank screen and the usual play, forward and timeline icon. After clicking the play icon it switches to pause icon like normal but the screen is still black and no audio.

Are there any error messages? There was an issue at one point when iTunes wasn't relocating some of the extras content from the downloads folder properly.
