Handoff on iOS 11.1.1

After upgrading to iOS 11.1.1 (at least, I noticed the problem after that), the Handoff function stopped working properly. My iPhone and Mac (MacOS High Sierra) do not synchronize the clipboard, the iPhone can not open the Mac page running on the Mac (but the Mac can open the page launched in the browser of my iPhone).

Surprisingly, synchronization by call and SMS works - if I get a call or SMS on the iPhone, notification of this appears on the Mac

Please check if there is such a problem with you. In my country there are no Apple stores, so I can not report the problem. I tried to enter the Bug Reoprts Apple website, but it did not work. Apparently, you need a developer account.
