iCloud unlock

Hi

I live in Brunei Darussalam. I need to unlock iphone 5 ,iphone 6 imei (****) and ipad mini (DL***196). I cant acess the icloud as all device is not belong to me. All the three advice belong to my late brother inlaw. He die last four month brain cancer. We need to sale the device to pay off his outstanding loan with the bank.

Please help us.The late family all hope to get your help.

Take the devices to an actual Apple Store, together with the original purchase documents, a copy of the death certificate, proof that the devices are now your property, and some ID (yours).

Other than that, if you don't know the ID and password you can't unlock the phone.
