After High Sierra upgrade Mail will not open video files
Post HS upgrade jpeg and mov files will not open from icon
i mac Intel based
Please clarify- are these files that you receive as attachments in mail messages? What happens if you try to open them? Any error message?
What if you save those attachments to your drive-do they then open from the Finder?
