My Mac is stuck on loading screen

While trying to restart it, my 2013 Macbook Pro 15” gets stuck after choosing my user and writing the password. The loading bar is full but stuck.

Try shutting down by holding the power button for 15 seconds, then try SMC reset:

You might also try booting into Safe Mode:

Boot into Recovery and reinstall Mac OS.

This will be an install "in place" ad should not affect any of your data. But that said, you should always have a backup.

I’ve tried both and the problem is still there. The loading bar loads everything (really slow) but at the end it gets stuck.
