First Aid says it can't repair my disk.

I started my iMac in Recovery Mode, but First Aid says it can't repair my disk.

It says: "Invalid directory item count. (It should be 83 instead of 82.)"
It says: "File system exit code is 8."
It says: "File system verify or repair failed."

What can I do?
Greg

When Disk Utility can't repair a disk I've always turned to Disk Warrior https://www.alsoft.com/DiskWarrior/
