When did you unsubscribe, and does it still show as unsubscribed ? If you unsubscribed less than 24 hours prior to its auto-renewal you are likely to be charged. If longer than that, and if it still shows as unsubscribed, contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
