Apple Music Error on Downloaded Music

We are getting the “Looks like you’re listening on another device” randomly for music that we have purchased and downloaded to our phones. This happens when our son is streaming music, but if we’ve purchased and downloaded he music, his streaming on Apple Music should not matter. Any ideas on how to fix this?
