icloud ID & Apple ID are same?
I can access apple site with apple ID password, but i can't sync icloud.com emails with my new android phone/ when i enter the apple ID password, it says it is incorrect.I am in doubt whether i have a different iCloud.com password , and i want to recover it.

They are the same -- but when accessing iCloud from a 3rd party app, an app-specific password must be used instead of the normal password. See: Using app-specific passwords - Apple Support
iCloud and Apple IDs are one and the same. Your email password can be different.
