iPhone wont download default apps

I have just reset my iPhone. When the home screen first appeared, almost all of the loaded apps such as Home, Apple Watch, Mail, Maps, etc are downloading. I found this strange as they should be default apps that do not have to be downloaded. After that, I connected to wifi to attempt to 'download' them.

However, it does not work. Yes, I have tried pausing these apps and resuming the download. My internet is also working fine (super fast by the way), proven by the number of apps that I have successfully downloaded from AppStore.

What should I do now? My iPhone is practically unusable since the basic apps are not working. Any suggestions are highly appreciated. Thanks before!
